MISSION: Our mission is to encourage collaboration, task completion, and guide our users in conducting productive meetings resulting in well structured action items for the achievement of end goals.

VISION: Our vision is to become a global partner in effective collaboration and to play an important role in our customers' daily lives.

VALUES: Our values shape the beliefs and commitments that guide our actions and decisions in the achievement of our vision. Our values include:

• People: None of what we do would matter without people. We see everyone as a potential Meenion member; an opportunity to attract, enroll, and satisfy.
• Meetings: Meetings are opportunities where action items are assigned. They can be formal or informal, spontaneous or planned, brief or long! Action items should live forever and be available to others in a collaborative platform.
